Charley visits his Jersey cousins.

On wednesday the 23rd, Katey, Charley and myself jumped on a plane and flew cross country to Newark, NJ so that Charley could visit his cousins Joey, Tommy, and Lauren....and of course their parents Susanne and Rocco.  The cousins were eager with excitement upon Charley's arrival shouting "I WANT TO HOLD HIM! I WANT TO HOLD HIM!" while Lauren cooed "heeeeee's cuuuuuuuuute" over and over while kissing him.  Here Charley looks a little overwhelmed with the sudden attention his three cousins give him.
Here he finally relaxes a little to take a decent pic with his cousin Tommy.
The following day, after cousin Lauren snuck into the bedroom at 5am to lean into Charley's pack n' play to ask him if he was awake yet, we headed to a nearby park with Charley where he had a few firsts.

Here is his first slide with mom.  Notice Lauren curiously looks on wondering why her cousin looked like a mummy wrapped in a shroud.

Here is his first experience with east coast heat and humidity.  Mom loved it just as much as him.

Here he is just looking awesome in his Arizona gear and hat.
Here is his first time on a swing.  Cousin Lauren tries to teach him the aerodynamics of a good swing while Aunt Susanne looks on.

When we got home from the park cousin Lauren got her hands on Charley when we weren't looking and snuck her purple dancing tutu on him.  He was not impressed.

After cousins Joey and Tommy got out of school we cooled off in the sprinkler while they jumped through it on the trampoline.
